A year after the announcement by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. (“MSI”) we are proud to announce the successful completion of the merger between MS Amlin Insurance SE (“MS AISE”) and MSIG Insurance Europe AG (“MSIGEU”), marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to create a stronger, unified presence in the European insurance market. The merged company MSIG Europe SE is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, additionally servicing clients from branch offices in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and the UK.
